Mary Shustack shops around

Coming (kind of) soon

February
21

I got my first “official” press materials today from Artrider Productions, the organization that puts on a number of craft events in our region.

The next edition of Crafts at Lyndhurst will be held May 2 to 4 in Tarrytown. Once again, there will be some 300 artists showing off their creations ranging from jewelry to furniture, home accessories to fine art.

Here’s a glimpse of what will be on offer.

This is a gold Art Nouveau bracelet by Rosario Chacon:

Here is a handbuilt, ceramic “Oriental Pocketbook” by Gail Markiewicz:

And the “Walk Around the Garden” bracelet from Tami Rodrig:

And while they say a snow storm is on the way… look ahead to warmer days, when you can wander around Lyndhurst like these past shoppers:

I’m looking forward to hearing more about the show, especially details on our local exhibitors.

Of course, I’ll be passing all that along in stories or blog postings, so stay tuned.

For complete details, visit the show site, linked above.

Mary … you are the best! Don’t forget to let everyone know that this is the first year ever that Crafts at Lyndhurst is the weekend BEFORE Mother’s Day! We expect to have the greatest selection of Mother’s Day gifts on the planet!!! Thanks again!
