There’s another art-themed event going on this weekend, this time in Somers.
The 2008 Watercolor Exhibition will be held at Somers Custom Framing.
“The Rite of Spring” is the theme of the exhibition, timed for Mother’s Day.
The show will be displayed from Friday through May 16, with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday.
You might remember I wrote about Somers Custom Framing and its Gift Shop?
Definitely a place worth visiting.
And if you make it up for the art show, be sure to check out the gift shop’s latest jewelry designers, Randi Rios-Castro and Maureen Sharkey.
