Dueling fairs…

September

The streets of Rockland will be busy this Sunday with a pair of street fairs.

The Suffern Street Fair, presented by the Suffern Chamber of Commerce, will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with more than 100 vendors. The event will feature an “artists and crafters gallery,” dining, clowns, face painting, inflatable rides and live music. It all happens on Lafayette Street, in the heart of Suffern’s shopping district.

In addition, the Chamber of Commerce of the Nyacks will hold SeptemberFest, also from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The event, to be held rain or shine, will feature vendors filling Main Street and Broadway.

For more details, visit the Chamber of Commerce of the Nyacks’ site or call 845-353-2221.
