Mary Shustack shops around

Psst… save some more dates

September
5

It’s still weeks away, but you might want to keep at least one day between Oct. 1 and 5 open.

That’s when I’ve been told the next Casafina warehouse sale will be.

I wrote about an earlier edition of the sale here, back in April, if it sounds familiar.

I also featured the company in a story on warehouse sales that I did for both our Life & Style section and here on LoHud.com this spring.

Anyway, the longtime tabletop and gift company run by Samuel and Donna Smith is known for these mega-sales held at its headquarters in Brewster.

At these sales, shoppers can take advantage of deep discounts on the overstocks and slightly imperfect offerings from the importer/wholesaler of European dinnerware, service pieces and more. Other merchandise, including gift items, garden decorations and jewelry, is also brought in just for the sale.

I’ll have more details as the event gets closer… just wanted you to know it’s on the way.
