Mary Shustack shops around

Suburban savings

November
28

It was just a couple of weeks ago that I stopped by to check out Suburban Groove in Bedford Hills.

The shop had moved from its original location, and I profiled the new space for my “Shop of the Week” feature.

And I’ve heard from owner Rhea Russo about three things going on at the funky little place:

1. Tomorrow through Dec. 13, shoppers can purchase a $50 gift certificate for only $40.

2. Shoppers will receive $10 in “Groove Gold” (aka free money) for every $75 spent between Dec. 13 and 24. (This offer is not valid on the gift-certificate special; the Groove Gold can be redeemed in January).

3. Complimentary gift wrapping.

Sounds like some really good incentives to stop by.

Suburban Groove is at 297 Bedford Road (Route 117).

There are extended holiday hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays; 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursdays; and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 24.

For more details, call the shop at 914-241-0154.
