Short and sweet

Here are a few quick hits… things you might want to keep in mind for later this week:

The Anne Koplik Showroom Sale, which features vintage-inspired jewelry, returns.

The two-weekend event started earlier this month and returns for its final two days this Saturday and Sunday.

Shoppers can expect earrings, necklaces, bracelets and more at steep discounts at the family-owned company’s headquarters in Brewster, at 173 Main St..

The sale hours will be from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

For more details, call 845-279-8244.

You may recall that I’ve written before about Parviz Batliwala, who sells fashions, accessories and home goods from her native India through a home-based showroom and Web site.

Well, Batliwala has renamed her company HAATH, which means “hand.” It’s a nod to the handmade aspect of the goods she long sold under the ECHO (Echo Exclusive Craft and Handmade Objects) name.

This weekend, she is holding another Open House — on Saturday — at her Port Chester home.

Shoppers are always invited to the showroom, by appointment — with these seasonal open houses planned around the holidays.

This time, it’s the Mother’s Day open house, with Batliwala putting the spotlight on new jackets, bags, scarves and decorative pillow and table linens.

For more details, visit the HAATH site or call 914-935-0053.

Who didn’t break out the sandals this weekend?

Well, Wishes in Yorktown Heights is ready to help you accessorize with the just-arrived selection of “sparkly stretch anklets” priced between $10 and $24.

Check it out at the shop, at 315 Kear St.

Call 914-962-9474.

The GAGA Arts Festival is set for Saturday and Sunday in Garnerville.

This is a really interesting annual event, which features open studios, exhibitions, live enterainment and more.

Check out the site for full details.
