Any plans for tonight?

If you’re going to be in Nyack, you’ll get to take advantage of a new perk.

To encourage people to shop and dine in the village on Thursday evenings, parking will now be free from 6 to 9 p.m. (through Christmas).

Here’s the poster promoting the initiative:

With all the aggravation the new parking system has caused, this seems like a pretty decent gesture.
