Mary Shustack shops around

Back to the garden…

Are you caught up in Woodstock fever?

My friend and colleague Rich Liebson had a really fun and interesting story (with video) in today’s paper about local residents and their memories of attending Woodstock 40 years ago this weekend.

There’s plenty of memorabilia around — you know, the kind you sit and look at, that you wear or that you listen to — but if you want to go that step further, you might consider something from the Woodstock-themed items now available through CarTatts.

I wrote about Rosemarie Monaco’s company earlier this year.

CarTatts.com designs, manufactures and distributes art for cars and trucks. The vinyl graphics, available in many designs, echo custom-paint work but can easily be applied (and removed).

Monaco told me she’s working on new designs all the time; this time, it looks like she delved into her own history.

The Upper Grandview woman (who indeed attended Woodstock) has just launched the 40th anniversary Commemorative Woodstock collection.

Here are just a few of the options:

What do you think — groovy, no?

For more details and a few more designs, visit the CarTatts site.
