It’s the fifth annual Open Studios at the YoHo Artist Studios in Yonkers.

I’d not heard of the YoHo Artists before, but they seem to be a really well-organized bunch — the site even has a video preview of the event.

From noon to 5 p.m. tomorrow and Sunday, you can buy work directly from more than two dozen artists and see how they work in their loft spaces within the former Alexander Smith Carpet Mills Building at 578 Nepperhan Ave.

Admission is free.

I was on assignment yesterday, once again joining a group of shoppers, collectors and antiques lovers on a one-day excursion to the Brimfield, Mass., flea markets. Sorry I was too wiped out to file a report last night, so wanted to give you a taste of the morning-to-noon-to-night adventure today.

I’ve written a story on an exhibition that opens in Katonah this Sunday.

It scheduled for tomorrow’s Life & Style section, while also running here on LoHud.com.

The story takes a look at “A Journey in Maiolica: Italian Renaissance to American Contemporary,” which opens Sunday and continues through Dec. 19 at the House Museum of the Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts.

I’ll be out on assignment tomorrow — I’m heading up to Brimfield, Mass., on an antiques-shopping trip (check back for my report later this week) — but wanted to give a glimpse into East India Designs.

It could be something you buy on an “open-studio” tour, at a crafts event — or simply at a gallery.

The Eclectic Collector in Katonah is a gallery that is filled with the creations of some 400 artists.

Just a few of the categories represented include glass, folk art, jewelry, dolls, journals and Judaica.

Talk about choices.

Why have a sale when you can have a blow-out?

Well, I’ve heard from Stephanie Leggio that her Tarrytown shop, Pretty Funny Antiques, is about to host its “Spring Extravaganza.”

I know I’m excited.

I’m headed up to the Anne Koplik Designs warehouse sale — which I wrote about last month.

The sale is a two-weekend event; I was away for its first weekend, so will be going up to Brewster to check it out later today.

I posted about it as part of this advance of the first weekend, so click through for details and photos.

But again, the sale runs from 5:30 to 9 tonight and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. tomorrow.

I can still remember what a fun time I had when I visited them in early April.

The store, if you remember, specializes in essential oils and related products, all sold within a vintage apothecary setting.

Anyway, Robinson tells me that Szent & Company is now featuring reed diffusers in four scents.

Amor, translated as love, is a jasmine-based scent. Sereno, said to bring calm, is orange based. Novo, or new, is a refreshing mix of “green.” And Caleo, to be warmed, is based on patchouli, rose and vanilla.

Going to be tough deciding which one to pick!
